The departure of Jhon Duran to Al Nassr for €77 million (£64.5m/$80.43m) plus add-ons, along with Emi Buendia’s loan switch to Bayer Leverkusen, has left Villa with gaps to fill in their attack. Unai Emery, Villa’s manager, is said to be an admirer of Rashford and has personally pushed for talks to be initiated. However, it has been suggested that the forward is willing to take a pay cut to join the Spanish giants.
